Step 1 – We inspect and take pictures of the oven and report any defects that require attention, we then place floor protection down in the work area.
Step 2 – Removal of all the component parts, racks, trays, back panels and any other removable parts. Once the oven has been stripped the oven will be turned on and allowed to warm up with the first application of oven cleaner.
Step 3 – We place all component parts in our heated tank solution.
Step 4 – Now the oven is warm we will begin to clean the door prior to removal.
Step 5 – We Remove the door to allow for better access to the oven for cleaning.
Step 6 – Taking time to remove any large build up of carbon inside the oven.
Step 7 – Thoughly clean and wipe the interior of the oven until desired finish is acheived.
Step 8 – Clean around the seal of the oven and the warming draw.
Step 9 – Thoughly clean the door and exterior glass, if nessarcery we will remove the interior glass for cleaning also.
Step 10 – Reinstall the oven door and clean the front exterior of the oven
Step 11 – We then collect the components from our soak tank and remove any remaining carbon build up.
Step 12 – Wipe through the oven to look for remaining dirt.
Step 13 – Reinstall all the component parts from the soak tank.
Step 14 – Now that the oven is clean we perform a quick inspection
Step 15 – The clean is complete, its time for the next appliance
